Return & Refund Policy

At Buython, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

5-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • ✅ Damaged product received
  • ✅ Defective or malfunctioning product
  • ✅ Wrong item delivered
  • ✅ Missing parts or accessories
  • ✅ Product significantly different from its description

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request is made after 5 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
  • The product falls under non-returnable categories due to hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@buython.in within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the product.
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process if your request is approved.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method after collecting the necessary details.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Buython will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Unboxing Video Recommendation

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.

An unboxing video helps us verify claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products received

This allows us to process your request much faster.
